1. Order Processing Time

As each handbag is handmade with care, we require a processing time to ensure your order is perfect before it is dispatched.

Processing Time: All orders have a processing time of 5 to 7 business days from the date the online order is placed.
Dispatch: This means your item will be shipped no later than the end of the 7th business day after your order is confirmed.

Please note: Processing time does not include the shipping time.

3. Shipping Carriers

5. Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

6. Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately via email handbeadedbytee@gmail.com with photos of the damage.

If your item is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery time has passed so we can investigate with our shipping carrier.
