At Handbeaded by Tee, every handbag is uniquely handcrafted and often made per your specific customer request.
Due to the bespoke nature of our items, our returns policy differs slightly from standard retail.
1. Cancellations and Refunds Before Dispatch
You may cancel your order and receive a full refund before the item has been dispatched.
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us immediately at handbeadedbytee@gmail.com with your order number.

Note: We have a processing time of 5-7 business days. Cancellations must be requested within this window before you receive a shipping confirmation email.
2. No Refunds After Dispatch (Made-to-Order Items)
Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.
This policy exists because our products are uniquely made per customer request and cannot be resold as general stock. We adhere to UK consumer contract regulations regarding personalized or bespoke goods which are exempt from standard return rights unless faulty.
Please ensure you are happy with your choices before placing your order.
3. Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in crafting and packaging your handbag. In the unfortunate event your item is delivered damaged or lost in transit, we will offer a refund or replacement.
Damaged Items:

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage to the item and the original packaging.

Upon verification of the damage, we will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
Lost Items:

An item is considered lost in transit after 10 business days past the expected delivery date (as per our carrier's policy).

If your item is confirmed lost by our shipping carrier, we will offer a replacement (if materials are available) or a full refund.
